“We took our new kitten in for her first visit today, Dr. Lackner was beyond wonderful. We really appreciate the personal care and attention our kitten received.”

“We have been with this clinic for a while now for our cats and dogs. The doctors are amazing in taking care of our fur babies and providing good advice and setting reasonable expectations. The staff are as great as the doctors! Always greet us with a smile when we visit the clinic, very detail-oriented when answering our questions over the phone, and have been very efficient in following up on our email inquiries.”

“The personal care and attention that our family received at Ironwood Animal Hospital was very appreciated. Our pets are family members in our home and we're grateful to have an animal hospital that we can trust in our neighbourhood.”

“I'm so happy to have found a great vet, Dr Liza Lackner, at Ironwood Animal Hospital! My one year old dog received much-needed care from a compassionate and patient team of skilled professionals. I feel so relieved knowing he's in good hands at Ironwood. Thank you, I can see why you've been voted Best in Richmond!”

“Dr. Liza Lackner was wonderful when I brought my cat in for care. She took the time to explore different possibilities to understand what was going on and never made me feel rushed or pressured into any particular treatment. I really appreciated how she listened to my concerns, respected my input, and worked with me to find a solution that made sense for both my cat and my budget. I am very grateful for her kindness and care.”

“Dr. Liza Lackner and team are the best. They treated my senior dog like family, with utmost kindness, compassion, love, and care. If you want a reputable, caring, and knowledgeable veterinarian, Dr. Lackner at Seafair and Ironwood Animal clinics are the best!”
